DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE

The College Discipline Committee is constituted to maintain discipline within the college and to ensure that students follow rules and conduct themselves in an orderly and peaceful manner while pursuing their educational goals within the college community.

Objectives the committee mainly focuses:

To solve student related problems and Create a healthy environment in college.
To make the student aware about the discipline rules and enforces to follow.
To take disciplinary action against any of the misconduct.
To conduct enquiries on report of indiscipilinary activities among students
To initiate steps to reduce violence, confrontation in future.
To enforce strict dress code among students

Responsibilities of Discipline Committee

To maintain and enforce strict discipline within the college campus.
In case of any violation of dress code or disturbance in the class, the ID card will be confiscated from the student which will be handed over to the student on the same day with a warning and advice from the Disciplinary Committee Members.
To ensure calm and peaceful academic atmosphere in the campus.
To avoid physical confrontation among students.
To ensure all the students wear ID Cards while they are in the campus.
To enforce total prohibition of cell phone usage by the students while the class work is going on
To monitor the movement of the students in the college and prevent students loitering around in the corridors during the college working hours.
To prevent the students leaving the college early without prior permission from the concerned authorities.
To prohibited Smoking strictly in the college campus
. To maintain proper discipline in the college canteen and student waiting room during the college working hours.
To assist the college anti-ragging committee in preventing ragging in the College

Discipline Rules

Every student should attend classes regularly and punctually.
Use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited.
Proper respect must be paid to the staff both inside and outside classrooms.
Students should not cause any damage or loss to the property and articles of the college
Students not in proper dress-code/uniform will not be allowed to enter into the college building and will not be entertained for any reason.
